No offense to my old camera gear, which I loved and used for 6 years with no issues what so ever. It was a much smaller camera kit which is great for travel, but there are limitations of a micro four-thirds sensor in terms of the file size, which when looking to sell your images, can be a key factor.
Hence, when I won a bigger and better full frame DSLR from The Telegraph, I thought I'd give it a go and see what I've been missing out on. Like my last camera upgrade, I was adamant it was unnecessary to begin with, but after learning what it could do, I realised I could never go back
Entry level DSLR camera
Basic versatile wide angle lens useful for most situations but lower quality images
High quality prime lens with wide aperture for portraits, sports, and low light conditions
Huge zoom lens, good for portraits and abstract shots
